My 2015 Audi Q5 was having oil consumption issues. I was on the brink of trying to get rid of it since other work I had done at another garage did not solve the problem.

I talked to John at Cooper’s Garage and he and the team encouraged me to let them do a piston soak. After talking to their expert Audi mechanic, Patrick, I decided to go forward with the work.

The car now drives like it is brand new. I took it back today for the free 1,500 mile check-up and the oil consumption is normal!

These guys are great at explaining what needs to be done, creating trust, not overselling and they are affordable.

It’s a friendly atmosphere and I love being greeted by Jelly Bean (John’s dog). I have renewed confidence in bringing my car into a repair shop.
