Meet John
John brings over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, with deep roots in Middle Tennessee and an even deeper connection to the MINI brand. Starting in MINI sales and later becoming a service manager, he left the dealership world in 2016 to build something different: Cooper’s Garage.
Known across the region as “the MINI guy,” John has shown his personal builds in magazines, led club events, and built a loyal following of MINI owners who trust him with their cars—and their stories. His passion started with American muscle, but it’s the MINI Cooper that stuck.
Now as General Manager and Co-Owner, he leads the shop with a customer-first mindset and a genuine love for the community. With a team of top-tier techs, he’s expanding that same standard of care across every brand Cooper’s services.
